Developer Subscription Expired - Active Development in Client Environment

Hello,

My Microsoft 365 developer subscription expired on 23 October 2025. I'm hoping to get guidance on my situation.

I have been actively developing Microsoft 365 solutions and other .NET related solutions during the subscription period. However, my development work was primarily conducted in client environments rather than my developer tenant.

This includes:

  • Intune policy uploads using Microsoft Graph and PowerShell
  • Configurator application made using C# and Unity 3D

I understand the renewal system is based on activity detected within the developer tenant. Since my work was external, it wasn't captured by the telemetry system.

Is there any way to have my subscription reconsidered, given my active development work?

Thank you for any guidance you can provide.
