Certification Issue

I have completed DP-300: Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions, on 14 Oct 2025 at 09:45 AM IST. I have passed the exam too, but still i did not receive certificate from microsoft side.
I have checked with onpersonvue support and they told exam has been successfully completed from our side and to check with microsoft. Could you please check and help on getting certificate.
