When will I stop getting ghosted by tech support

I got hacked a WHILE ago and I've sort of made peace with it still salty though, at the time as soon as I realized I got hacked a opened a ticked in MAY 7TH with all of the info needed to prove its my account but microsoft support just never got back to me and the hacker is enjoying playing munecraft on my account. If there is any chance I can get the account back since I'm kind of in poverty and can't afford to buy minecraft again the request is "SIR21174723 - Account Escalation Request"
