Unauthorized billing charged

Dear Microsoft Support,

I am writing to request a refund for a charge of $107.91 USD that was applied to our organization’s account for a Microsoft 365 Apps for Business subscription.

We are currently using Microsoft 365 Business Standard for our organization and did not subscribe to or intend to renew the Apps for Business plan. The charge appears to have been processed automatically, and we received a renewal email, but the subscription does not show up in our admin center under the account that received the notice.

Details:

• Tenant ID: removed PII
• Charged amount: $107.91 USD
• Date of charge: [Insert date from email or transaction]
• Email that received the notice: [Insert email address]

We kindly request that this subscription be cancelled and the charge refunded. Please also advise how we can prevent similar charges in the future.
