Hello. I'm using a computer with Windows 11 and an Xbox Series S. A week ago, I added a game to my "wish list" that I can only play on Xbox and wanted to buy it, but my "cart" wouldn't open in the Chrome browser I use. I bought it on Xbox, too, but now I noticed that the "cart" page still doesn't open in Chrome, but I can only open it in Microsoft Edge. I've tried solutions online (clearing Chrome's memory, clearing cookies, etc.), but it still won't open. Please help me solve the problem. Good luck.

    Dear Alp Görer,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

You could try following these steps below to solve this issue:

    1. Try incognito mode:
      • Open your browser and press Ctrl + Shift + N to start an incognito window.
      • Go to microsoft.com/store, sign in if needed, add something to your cart, and try opening it.
      • If it works: The issue is with your regular Chrome profile.
    2. Disable extensions temporarily:
      • In Chrome, type chrome://extensions in the address bar > Enter.
      • Toggle off all extensions.
      • Reload the store site and test the cart.
    3. Check third-party cookie settings:
      • In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > "Third-party cookies" or "Cookies and other site data".
      • Ensure that "Block third-party cookies" is not selected. If you are using "Block third-party cookies in Incognito," try temporarily selecting "Allow third-party cookies" to test.
    4. Reset Chrome settings:
      • In Chrome, go to Settings > Reset settings (on the left sidebar) > Restore settings to their original defaults.
      • Confirm Reset.

Please let me know if these steps could help.
