Hello Liyana Mohamad,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. It's my pleasure to help you today.
I understand that you are having trouble with your driver. I see that you have tried to update and uninstalling the drivers, but it didn't help. Before we proceed, may I know if there are any changes to your computer before this happens?
In the meantime, let try to do a few scans on your system to see if there are any corruption. This could help with your situation:
- Type "Command Prompt" in the search bar and select "Run as administrator".
- Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter.
- Restart your computer when it's done.
- Go back to command prompt and type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
- Restart your PC again when it's done.
