    Dear @Kartik Arya

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that you’re looking for a way to access and review your previous call logs along with their durations in Microsoft Teams.

To help me better understand the situation and assist you effectively, could you please share a few details such as:

1/ Are you the IT administrator for your organization?

2/ Do you want to view only your own call logs and durations, or see the call history for all users in your organization?

This will help us better understand the context and provide more targeted support. Any additional information will help us better understand and support you.

Here is some information that will help clarify your question:

You can view and retrieve past call logs and their durations in Microsoft Teams, but this depends on certain conditions:

    • For end users:

Note: This feature requires your organization to have Enterprise Voice or Business Voice licenses enabled.

Open the Calls app in Microsoft Teams.

    User's image

Go to History (center section under Calls).

You’ll see a list of past calls (incoming, outgoing, missed) along with call duration.

Click More actions (…) for any entry to call back, start a chat, or add the contact to speed dial or your contacts list.

To remove an entry, choose Remove from view (admins can still access it).

    • For users with administrator permissions:

Note: The following steps can only be accessed by users with administrator permissions.

Detailed historical call data is available through the Teams Admin Center under Analytics & reports (PSTN & SMS usage reports). These reports typically cover up to 90 days.

Go to the Teams Admin Center by signing in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, selecting Show all, and then choosing Teams.

Navigate to Analytics & reports > Usage reports.

Run the PSTN and SMS Usage report (including incoming or outgoing call details with durations).

Additional information is available in the following resources:
