Hi @HenrikFischerAlstrupDanskITAutomat-7344,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for contacting us. In this case, please try the following steps:
- Open the Run dialog Press the Windows + R keys.
- Enter the reset command Paste one of the following commands into the dialog box and click OK: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
If you see the message Windows cannot find..., try these commands in order:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
or:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
- Restart OneDrive If OneDrive does not restart automatically, go to Start, search for “OneDrive,” and open the app.
Note:
- Resetting will disconnect all sync links (including personal and work/school OneDrive). You will need to reconfigure the folders you want to sync after completing the process.
- No data will be lost – your files remain in the cloud.
