    Hi @Gotcha Window Covers

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. To add a second email address in Outlook on the web, please follow these steps:

    • Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of your Outlook web page.
    • Select Sign in with a different account.
    • Enter or select your second email address.
    • Complete any authentication steps if prompted.

Once signed in, you can easily switch between accounts by clicking the profile icon and choosing the account you want to use.

Note: By design, Outlook on the web only allows you to work with one account at a time in the same browser session. However, switching between accounts is quick and does not require a full sign-out. If you need to view and manage emails from multiple accounts simultaneously, we recommend using Outlook Desktop, which supports multiple accounts in one interface.

I hope this clarifies the expected behavior and helps you manage your accounts more efficiently.

Are you using Exchange Online as your email service?
What type is the second mailbox?
If it’s a shared mailbox, your organization’s Exchange administrator can create it for you, allowing you to view multiple mailboxes on the same screen.
(If it’s a personal mailbox, please switch accounts by signing in.)
