Dear Siwakorn Chatchumni,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
This issue is almost caused by Steam running in the background. Steam has a Desktop Layout feature that allows your controller to act as a mouse and keyboard when you aren't in a game.
You could try following these steps below to solve this issue:
- Disable the desktop layout command in Steam:
- Open Steam.
- Click Steam in the top-left corner > Settings.
- Go to the Controller tab in the left menu.
- Scroll down to the Non-Game Controller Layouts section.
- Click Edit next to Desktop Layout.
- Look for the "Show Keyboard" command.
- Select the button that has the keyboard icon next to it, then choose Remove Command.
- While you are in the "Non-Game Controller Layouts" menu, also check "Guide Button Chord Layout" and remove any keyboard bindings there as well.
- Disable Windows Touch keyboard icon:
- Open Windows Settings (Press Windows + I).
- Go to Time & language > Typing.
- Expand the Touch keyboard section.
- Uncheck/Disable the option that says "Show the touch keyboard when there's no keyboard attached".
- Check Xbox game bar:
- Press Windows + G to open the Game Bar.
- Click the Settings cog > Shortcuts.
- Check if there is a controller shortcut mapped to "Open keyboard" (often unrelated to the Start button, but worth checking).
I hope these steps could help. If you have any further issues, I'm here to assist.
