Hello,
I am having trouble logging into the KION system, which requires a Microsoft account. I have a Microsoft account registered. I can log into it without any problems. When I try to log into the KION application via my Microsoft account, it says that there is no such account. I am attaching a screenshot.
Can you help me figure out why this is happening?
