To resolve the issue where Office Home 2024 requests JavaScript even though it is reported as active, you may need to ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings. If you are using Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

    1. Open Internet Explorer and navigate to the Office Home 2024 page.
    2. Press Alt to reveal the Menu bar, then select Tools and choose Internet Options.
    3. Go to the Security tab and click on Custom level.
    4. Scroll down to the Active scripting section and ensure it is set to Enable.

After making these changes, restart your browser and check if the issue persists. If you are using a different browser, the steps may vary, but generally, you should look for similar settings related to JavaScript or scripting in the browser's settings.
