Unfortunately, I'm going in circles.
The Microsoft Support says i must open a ticket in customer service, on customer service say i must open a ticket on microsoft support over my admin panel.
I have a ticket open by microsoft...
The KYC is rejected, i have all documents uploaded and nothing is change.
Domain verified stay on block.

Thank you for letting us know about the KYC status issue.
1.If the option is available in your Teams Admin Center, please try to re‑submit your KYC details with the following checks:
-Use a business email address (not a free webmail domain).
-Upload a recent official document (issued within the last 12 months) that clearly shows your legal company name and Tax/Registration ID.
2.If the interface does not allow you to re‑submit or the status remains locked, I strongly recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics
-Go to Microsoft 365 admin center, log in with your admin account credentials
-Navigate to Support > Help & Support
-In the description box, enter the issue details
-Choose contact method > Submit the request
Apologies for redirecting you to the related development team support as the moderators in this community have limited resources to check the backend information, and to get the fast and better assistance we requested for it. Appreciate your patience and understanding

2025-11-25T08:16:57.0833333+00:00 If your KYC request has been rejected, you will need to follow a specific process to address the issue. Here are the steps you can take:
- Understand the Reason for Rejection: Review the rejection notice to understand why your KYC request was not approved. Common reasons include mismatched information between your submission and supporting documents, use of a generic email address, or submission of outdated documents.
- Gather Required Documentation: If Microsoft requests additional documentation or if you need to correct any discrepancies, ensure you have the necessary documents ready. This may include business registration documents, domain purchase invoices, or other supporting documents that match the information you provided.
- Contact Microsoft Support: Since you cannot change the status or upload files directly, it is advisable to reach out to Microsoft Support for specific guidance related to your case. They can provide instructions on how to proceed and may allow you to submit additional documentation or correct any errors.
- Resubmit if Necessary: Depending on the feedback from Microsoft Support, you may need to cancel your current KYC request and start a new one with the correct information and supporting documents.
Make sure to act promptly to resolve the issue, as the KYC process can impact your ability to acquire or port telephone numbers.
