1.Does the issue occur in the native Mail app on your iPhone or in the Outlook mobile app?
- If it happens in the Mail app, does Outlook mobile still work properly?
- If possible, please share a screenshot of the issue via private message to ensure your privacy and convenience. Check your inbox for an email with the subject “New private message on Microsoft Q&A question” to review my response.
2.What is your current iOS version?
3.When you mention the Exchange account, could you specify the type of account? Is it personal or work? If work, is it on-premises, third-party hosted Exchange, or Microsoft 365?
In the meantime, you can try some general troubleshooting steps:
- Switch to a different network.
- Remove the account, restart your device, and then re-add the account.
