To create a choice column for your event form under Options, here is how you can do it:
- Open your form in Microsoft Forms and click New Form
- Choose Choice as the question type.
- Enter your question (for example, “Select your event type”).
- Under Options, choose Add option to list the choices you want (such as “Conference,” “Webinar,” “Workshop”) or choose Add other option to allow respondents to enter a custom choice.
- Enable Multiple answers if you want respondents to select more than one option.
