Question

Two issues:

1. My outlook archives are missing completely
2. My most recent word and excel documents are missing

I understand you are experiencing an urgent issue and need to reach Microsoft Support. 

If you are using a Microsoft personal account (@hotmail.com/@outlook.com) 

Sign in Contact Us - Microsoft Support 

Choose Microsoft 365 > Get Home support 

 Describe your issue and choose Chat with a support agent

 

If you are using a business/education account (provided by an organization/institution) 

Please contact the IT Admin to create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
