It seems that you are encountering issues with sending large files through your email on your new laptop. This could be due to attachment size limits set by your email provider or Outlook itself. Here are some important points to consider:

    1. Attachment Size Limits: For Internet email accounts like Gmail, Outlook has a default attachment size limit of 20 megabytes (MB). If you try to attach files that exceed this limit, you will receive an error message stating that the file is too large.
    2. Exchange Server Limits: If you are using an Exchange Server account, the limit can be even lower, typically around 10 MB. This is controlled by the Exchange administrator.
    3. Workaround: If your attachments exceed the allowable limit, consider using a file-sharing service (like Google Drive or Dropbox) to upload your files and send a link instead.
    4. Check Settings: Ensure that your email settings on the new laptop are correctly configured and match those of your old laptop, especially if you are using the same email account.
    5. Profile Issues: Since you mentioned using a new profile, ensure that all necessary configurations and permissions are set up correctly for the new profile to function as expected.

If you continue to face issues, you may want to check with your email provider or IT support for further assistance regarding attachment limits and settings.

    Dear Cynthia Oodith

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Community. I understand you are having problems sending large files and multiple attachments in Outlook on your new Windows 11 laptop. I am happy to assist you. Please try the following workarounds :

    1. Check Attachment Size Limits
      • Outlook.com and Gmail accounts allow up to 20 MB per email, and Exchange accounts typically allow 10 MB. If your attachments exceed these limits, the email will not send.
    2. Use OneDrive or SharePoint to Share Files
      • Upload your large files to OneDrive or SharePoint and insert the sharing link in your email.
    3. Compress Files Before Attaching
      • Right-click the file > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder, then attach the zipped file to reduce size.
    4. Split Attachments Across Multiple Emails
      • If compression is not enough, divide attachments into smaller groups and send them in separate emails.
    5. Check Mailbox Storage Quota
      • Ensure your mailbox and cloud storage are not full. Free up space or upgrade your Microsoft 365 storage if needed.
    6. Verify Message Format
