Dear @Lockridge Ronald [USPB],
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you’re trying to locate the URL of a SharePoint site that you own.
The SharePoint start page shows all sites you have access to, whether you’re an Owner, Member or Visitor. Ownership is simply a permission level within this access model, so sites you own appear alongside others rather than in a separate list.
To quickly confirm your role on a site, select the member count in the top-right corner of the site page. A panel will display your permission level (Owner, Member, or Visitor).
If you need to copy the site URL, here are a few options:
- Option 1: Copy from the site you're on
You can sign in your account via office.com > Apps > SharePoint.

If you're already on the SharePoint site you own:
Simply copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. That's the site’s direct web address.
- Option 2: Use the SharePoint home or search experience
Go to office.com > Apps > SharePoint.
In the search bar, enter: contentclass:STS_Site
Switch to the Sites tab to view all site collections you can access, including ones you likely own or administer.
Open the site you want, then copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. Alternatively, hover over the site link, right-click and select “Copy link".
- Option 3: Copy the URL link in SharePoint admin center
Note: Only users with SharePoint Administrator or Global Administrator permissions can access the SharePoint Admin Center. Regular site owners or members will not have this option.
Sign in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
In the left navigation pane, select Show All > SharePoint.
In the SharePoint Admin Center, go to Active sites.
Locate the site you want. You can use the search bar to find it by name.
Click the site name to open its details.
Copy the Site URL displayed in the details panel.
