Hello!
The problem is as the title says. I want to update keeping the apps and files, and I just don't now what to do anymore. **

    1] Download Windows 11 ISO and save it to the desktop. Or, you can create the USB setup disk. Don't run setup yet.


    2] Perform the steps mentioned in the thread below:


    Important: At this point, the Start menu and Settings will be inoperable. A repair installation or in-place upgrade is required after resetting the repository.


    3] After completing step #2, mount the Windows 11 ISO and do an in-place upgrade to 25H2.
