    Hi, Pannawat Khutkhiaw

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Sorry for this frustrating situation that you're having. According to the screenshot, the email addresses you selected are not linked to a Microsoft account or were entered incorrectly. Here are some explanations and workarounds you can try to resolve this issue:

    Possible Reasons

Account was never a Microsoft account

    • If you signed in using Gmail or another provider for a service that allowed third-party login, the browser saved the email, but Microsoft still requires the account to exist in its system.

    Account was deleted or disabled

    • If the Microsoft account linked to that email was closed or disabled, it will no longer be recognized.

Signed in via a different identity provider

    • Some services allow sign-in via Google or other SSO methods. The browser saved the email, but Microsoft login expects a Microsoft identity.

    Organization account expired or changed

    • If this was a work/school account, your organization might have removed or changed it.

    What you can do

    • Verify the account: Go to https://account.microsoft.com and try signing in with those emails.
    • Recover the account: If you think the account existed, use “Forgot password” or account recovery.
    • Create a new Microsoft account: If the email was never registered, you’ll need to create one.

Hope this helps. Feel free to get back if you need further assistance.
