Macros in Excel are disabled by default for security reasons, especially for files downloaded from the Internet or email. If you need to unblock macros, please follow these steps:

To Unblock Macros, please try these steps below:

1/ Enable Content in Excel

Open the file > Look for the yellow Security Warning bar > Click Enable Content.

In the Security Warning dialog, select Yes to make the document trusted.

2/ Unblock the File in Windows

Close Excel > Right-click the file > Properties > Check Unblock > Apply > Reopen Excel.

3/ Adjust Trust Center Settings

Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings.

Recommended: Select Disable macros with notification (allows enabling macros case by case).

Avoid Enable all macros unless absolutely necessary (high security risk).

4/ Add a Trusted Location

In Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations > Add new location > Choose the folder where macro files are stored.

5/ Check Organization Policies

If macros remain blocked, your IT admin may have applied Group Policy restrictions. Contact your IT department for assistance.

Only enable macros for files from trusted sources. Enabling all macros globally is not recommended.
