Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Maighread Moran,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
To assist you better, could you please confirm whether you remember ever creating a Microsoft account for Business purposes (such as Microsoft 365 Business or Azure services) or for Personal use (such as Microsoft 365 Personal/Family, Xbox, or OneDrive)?
If it is a Business account:
- Please sign in to your Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Navigate to Billing > Bills & Payment to review invoices.
- If you wish to cancel: On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select "Cancel subscription".
For your reference: View your invoice in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
If it is a Personal account:
You can follow this article to investigate a billing charge: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft - Microsoft Support
If you cannot find the subscription or suspect unauthorized activity, please contact Microsoft Support or your bank immediately.
If you need any further assistance or have an update, please feel free to let me know, I’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
