MCSE validation and my account

Greetings, I received an MCSE in the late 1990's/2000 and am trying to get that tied to my account. It was, but then I didnt log into the system for a brief 10 years and now none of my certs show on the account. I utilized charlie at romad.com as my email since 1990 (before al gore invented the internet, lol). Is there a way you can see my certs and tie them off. Still utilizing the same email but when I logged in this morning it asked some "new account" type questions. Thank you for your time and attention.
