Hi Amber,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand getting your email hooked up to Outlook is totally doable. Outlook plays nice with most email, like Outlook.com, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo  the whole gang. I am here to help

Here's how to do it

Open Outlook and click File, then Add Account. Type in your email and hit Connect. Usually, Outlook figures out the right settings itself. If it asks for your password, type it in and say yes to any permissions it wants.

Using a work or school account? Double-check you're using the right login info and that your work lets you connect to Outlook. If it's Microsoft 365 or Exchange, Outlook should set everything up on its own.

If things go wrong, check your internet and make sure you typed your email password right. Microsoft also has a help page with steps for adding accounts to Outlook if you get stuck.

To ensure that your email and Outlook are properly connected, you can set up Outlook for Microsoft 365 by following these steps:

1. Open the Start menu and search for Outlook, then select it.
2. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and click Connect.
3. If you have additional email addresses to add, enter them and select Next.
4. Enter your password if prompted and select Sign in.
5. After adding all your accounts, you can choose to set up Outlook mobile or wait until later.
6. Click Done. It may take a few minutes for Outlook to download your email and other data.

Once set up, you will be able to view your email, calendar, contacts, and tasks in Outlook. Additionally, if you are using Microsoft Dynamics 365, you can utilize the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, which allows you to view Customer Engagement information alongside your Outlook emails and appointments, enhancing your integration experience.
