Annoying Microsoft Excel Formula Pop-up Guide

Dear Developer Team,

Have u ever try ur own product? have u experience how hard it is after these years? why this formula guide always blocking the column alphabet? how r we supposed to click it to select the column? this is the most annoying ms excel problem, this is intolerable, why do even need AI if this basic feature still like this? I know we can move it, but its wasting a lot of time to keep moving it after every time typing a formula, do we need to type like like D:D ourselves??? pls think about this..

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concerns regarding the formula argument guide in Microsoft Excel. I understand that the ScreenTip appearing during formula entry can obstruct the column headers, making it difficult to select entire columns. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist you. 

To address this issue, I recommend disabling the Function ScreenTips feature. This will prevent the formula argument guide from appearing, allowing you to view and select column headers without obstruction. 

To disable Function ScreenTips, kindly: 

1. Open Microsoft Excel. 
2. Click on File in the top-left corner of the application window. 
3. Select Options from the menu. 
4. In the Excel Options dialog box, choose Advanced from the list on the left. 
5. Scroll down to the Display section. 
6. Locate the setting labeled Show function ScreenTips and remove the check mark from the box. 

1. Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog box.

Once this setting is disabled, the formula bar will continue to function normally, but the argument guide will no longer appear. This change should improve visibility and make it easier to select columns while working with formulas.
