VS2019 run is very slow

1.When I open the latest project from the desktop shortcut, it takes a few minutes to load, but it loads quickly.
2.When the point is interrupted, it will take more than ten seconds before the little red dot appears.It takes too long for the red dot to disappear when the
breakpoint is cancelled.
3.Clicking on the build button takes a long time to build even the simplest programs, but the actual building process is fast.
4.It's not a computer configuration problem. Mine is very well configured,vs2017 will not be the case, vs2019 reinstalled or so.
5.I only have the imagesHow and QT extension tools, the rest are shipped with the installation
How can I make VS2019 faster, I don't want to switch back to 2017

    Have you tried to run your Visual Studio in safe mode and check if the situation disappears?
    Have you installed any antivirus software? Please temporarily disable them.

    Please try to enter “devenv /ResetSettings” at Developer Command Prompt to restore your Visual Studio default settings and check again.
    Meanwhile, you can also clean your %temp% folder and delete the hidden .vs folder.
