Business premium license for DLP and Senstivity labelling

With business premium license can I configure DLP for exchange email and create sensitivity labels for Confidential and Highly Confidential.

• You can do both Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Sensitivity Labeling with Microsoft 365 Business Premium. This license includes basic sensitivity labels that you can create and configure directly. You can also create custom labels such as Confidential and Highly Confidential and apply them to emails and files. 
• With Microsoft 365 Business Premium, you have the ability to create custom sensitivity labels such as Confidential and Highly Confidential and apply them manually across Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. These labels can include headers, footers, and watermarks to clearly mark sensitive content, and you can enable encryption for these labels with certain limitations. Additionally, you can publish label policies to specific users or groups, ensuring that the right people have access to the appropriate labeling options. 

Important note: Business Premium supports manual sensitivity labeling and basic DLP (including Exchange). However, it does not include auto-labeling features. Auto-labeling requires an E5 license or an E5 add-on.

Yes, with a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license, you can configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Exchange email and create sensitivity labels for Confidential and Highly Confidential data. The Business Premium plan includes Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention, which allows you to identify, monitor, and automatically protect sensitive items across Microsoft 365 Apps, including email. Additionally, you can create and manage sensitivity labels to classify and protect your organization's data, including labels for Confidential and Highly Confidential categories.
