Hello Team,

Is it possible to set default notification times for the calendar reminders? I would prefer to not have reminders.
It's set for 15 minutes by default. Please refer to the attached screenshot. User's image

To disable the default reminder in classic Outlook, please follow these steps:

1.Go to File > Options > Calendar

2.Uncheck the Default reminder option

Thank you for the answer - it's been very helpful! In the new version of the Outlook desktop app the notification time set after performing the above steps synced successfully. Is this possible to sync to the mobile app as well? I'm logged in with same account but the default notification time is still 15minutes when creating an appointment.

The default reminder setting in Classic Outlook does not sync with Outlook for mobile. For example, if you’d like to turn off reminders in Outlook for Android, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Tap your avatar and go to Settings (gear icon).

Step 2: Select Notifications.

Step 3: Under Events, change the reminder setting to None.

The detailed steps may vary slightly depending on your device, but the main process will be similar.
