Set default notification time

Hello Team,

Is it possible to set default notification times for the calendar reminders? I would prefer to not have reminders.
It's set for 15 minutes by default. Please refer to the attached screenshot. User's image

To disable the default reminder in classic Outlook, please follow these steps: 

1.Go to File > Options > Calendar

2.Uncheck the Default reminder option
