Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Tony Kassel,
Good day. Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!
According to your description, please allow me to provide some information:
When you purchase a subscription, you receive an email confirmation that includes details about your purchase, including the vendor. If you bought it directly from Microsoft, it should indicate that.
Additionally, to check your current Office 365 subscription details, please follow the steps below:
If you are using personal account:
- Go to account.microsoft.com/services.
- This page lists all subscriptions linked to your account, including purchase details and billing history.
If you are using work/school account:
Method 1:
- Visit this link: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony
- Once signed in, navigate to the Subscriptions section
- There, you should be able to view details related to your active Office 365 plan.
This page will show you information such as your subscription type, billing status, renewal date, and any linked licenses.
Method 2:
- Go to Microsoft 365 admin center.
- In the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
- The Your products page will show you all your subscriptions along with details like product name, assigned licenses, and subscription status. You can select any subscription for more details.
Note: These are the steps intended for IT administrators
