Hi @MENG Yu,

Based on the information you’ve shared, I just want to confirm my understanding:
- After you click “Sync,” the number of files showing in your local OneDrive folder on your computer doesn’t match what you see listed under “Files” in the Teams channel, is that correct?
- Could you also check whether the OneDrive icon shows that syncing is complete, or if it’s still processing?
Normally, once sync is finished, all files should appear in your local OneDrive folder (though they may have different status icons, such as cloud-only, check mark, or solid green circle). If files are missing, it usually means the sync hasn’t completed or is stuck.
If the sync process hasn’t finished yet, please kindly wait a little longer or try clicking Sync again. If the issue still persists, here are a few things you can try:
- Verify folder selection: Go to Settings > Account > Choose folders and make sure all the folders you want to see on your computer are selected. If any are unchecked, they won’t sync locally.
- Pause and resume OneDrive: Right-click the OneDrive icon, choose Pause syncing for 2 hours, wait about 30 seconds, then select Resume syncing. This often resets the sync process and helps OneDrive continue properly.
- Reset OneDrive: If the issue persists, you can reset OneDrive following the steps in Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support Please note that resetting will re-download all files from scratch. After the reset, sign in again and click Sync once more.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue or if you have any additional updates to share, please be patient and leave a comment under this post. I’ll continue to do my best to research and suggest further steps that could help.
Thank you so much for your understanding and I’m looking forward to your reply.
