    Hi Madalina Elena Stoleru

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum and sharing your experience.

Based on your details, it seems that documents exported from third-party apps appear in Outlook as drafts without sender, subject, or CC fields. This usually indicates that the integration is creating incomplete message objects.

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm the following:

    • Your Outlook version: Is it Microsoft 365 or Outlook 20xx?
    • Does Outlook on the web work correctly? Sign in at https://outlook.office.com and check if the exported draft appears there.
    • Any error messages when sending the draft? For privacy and security, please provide a screenshot of the issue via private message.

In the meantime, please consider creating a new Outlook profile to rule out corruption. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions: Create an Outlook profile

Please know that while our initial response might not resolve the issue right away, your input is incredibly valuable. With a bit more detail, we’ll work together to find the best solution for you. I'm looking forward to seeing your response soon.
