- Your Outlook version: Is it Microsoft 365 or Outlook 20xx?
- Does Outlook on the web work correctly? Sign in at https://outlook.office.com and check if the exported draft appears there.
- Any error messages when sending the draft? For privacy and security, please provide a screenshot of the issue via private message.
