Microsoft Developer program - How can I find my power platform environment login details?

Hi,

I have an active Visual Studio Professional subscription and used the Microsoft Developer Program to create a Power Platform developer environment.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recall the admin username I use to sign into this environment.

Is there any way to get this username back?

Additionally, when I try to access the Microsoft Developer Program dashboard to view my environment details, the page shows a loading spinner in the centre of the screen and never finishes loading. I’ve tested this in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge with the same result.

Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best,

    Dear Vikesh S

Thank you for contacting us through the Q&A forum.

Based on your description, it seems you are unable to recall the admin account for your E5 sandbox, and when attempting to access the dashboard using your Visual Studio account, the page remains stuck with a loading spinner, is that correct?

If that is the case, please verify that your Visual Studio subscription is still active and properly linked to your account. We have recently received similar reports from users experiencing issues when their free personal accounts were not fully provisioned.

Additionally, when I set up my own sandbox, Microsoft Edge prompted me to save the account credentials and then requested authentication through the Microsoft Authenticator app. You may want to:

    • Check your browser’s password manager to see if the account and password were saved.
    • Review your Authenticator app to confirm whether the account is stored there.

Please note that as moderators, we are unable to retrieve or reset account credentials directly. However, I hope these suggestions help you regain access to your environment.
