Cannot access my account

Dear Friends

I had a email address <Mod remove PII> @live.com, i was using it since more than 15 years, suddenly one day it stopped signing me in. I had access on my mobile as well as PC.

I tried the recovery form and filled it using my data that was saved in my mobile, still it shows that the details are not as per their requirement. i tried this more than 3-4 times still no success.

The strange thing is that the reset link to password associated with my mobile number is working normally and when i enter the same mobile number in recovery section it shows this option is not available at the moment.

Can anyone please guide me or give me some contacts details so i can talk with them and get some help

My recommendation here would be to continue filling out that form. It is specifically designed to help you remember details you may have forgotten.
