Why is their customer support nonexistent?

I honestly just want to speak with a representative to hopefully resolve my issue. I cannot do that because Microsoft has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Its 11:35am and I have been trying to reach someone since 8am do you guys realize how frustrating that is to deal with as a business owner that has many other responsibilities. I currently have a family plan, and I also have business emails I just want to cancel my family a purchase a higher tear business plan.
