Hey @Hani-N thank you for sharing the information. I checked with my TI team and there's no issue on our part - loop components are enable within our organization and licenses are fine. I also found a lot of other users here in Microsoft forum having similar issues, so maybe we can escalate this situation asking for the devs to fix this ASAP?
Loop component not showing up in teams / outlook calendar meetings
Before: every time that I clicked on "add an agenda" in an meeting on teams, a loop component was created and synced to that specific meeting. I could even open the meeting on outlook and it was possible to see the loop content automatically
Now: I create the loop component by clicking on "add an agenda" but after writing and closing the windows it's gone - ONLY available on https://loop.cloud.microsoft/ - which is very unfortunate because the advantage of loop component was that it was synced with teams calendar and meetings, letting me easily access the notes without having to go to anywhere else!! PLEASE FIX THIS :(

Q&A Assist2025-12-16T21:06:07.9733333+00:00 AI generated content. This question contains an answer created with AI from Q&A Assist. Learn moreIt sounds like you're experiencing issues with the Loop component not syncing properly with Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendar meetings. According to the context, if Loop is disabled from the admin switch, users won't be able to create new Loop files, and existing Loop components may not render as expected. This could explain why you're unable to see the Loop content in your meetings as you did before.
If your organization has disabled Loop components, you may still access existing Loop files via the Loop component viewer/editor, but new creations won't sync with Teams or Outlook as they did previously. You may want to check with your IT administrator to see if Loop components have been disabled in your organization or if there are any known issues affecting their functionality.
Additionally, if the Loop components are not loading properly, it might be due to specific permissions or settings in your tenant that need to be addressed.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details about the Loop component behavior. I understand how convenient it was to have your meeting agenda and notes synced directly in Teams and Outlook.
This issue typically occurs when Loop integration has been disabled by your organization’s administrative policies or when the new Teams Calendar experience is in use, as it currently does not support the “Add an agenda” feature for Loop.
There are a few steps you can try:
1/ Verify Loop components are enabled for Team and Outlook
- Check with your IT admin to confirm that Loop components are enabled for both Teams and Outlook in your Microsoft 365 settings.
- You can find more details here: Manage Loop in your organization | Microsoft Learn
2/ Check licenses and supported Outlook version- Ensure you're using Microsoft 365 Business account and not a personal version. Loop in Outlook only works with business licenses.
- Confirm your Outlook app is updated and logged into the correct business account.
