encountered issues sending replies from a Microsoft 365 Group mailbox in Exchange Online

In my tenant where users cannot send replies from a Microsoft 365 Group mailbox in Outlook on the web. When they try to reply directly from the group inbox, they get an error like “This message can’t be sent because it no longer exists” and everything they typed disappears, but sending from their own inbox works as expected.

I tried replicating the behavior you described, and I can confirm that the same error message appears when using “Reply All.” During my research, I also found a similar thread Replying to emails from M365 Outlook group - Microsoft Q&A discussing this issue and tested the suggested solutions and they worked successfully. 

To reply to all messages in Microsoft 365, you need to click the three dots below the draft. Once the message history opens, you’ll be able to send the email. Here’s an image for your reference:
