To answer your question: Yes. Web-based versions of the core Office applications do include Microsoft Teams.
For apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Microsoft 365 A1 licenses allow you to use the web-based versions only, directly through your web browser.
However, Microsoft Teams is an exception. Even with the A1 plan, you are typically allowed to use:
- The web version of Teams, and
- The desktop application, which you can download and install, to join meetings, chat, and manage classroom assignments.
