I would like to know if, for the Faculty license Office 365 A1, Teams is included as one of the web-based versions of core Office apps?

For apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Microsoft 365 A1 licenses allow you to use the web-based versions only, directly through your web browser.

However, Microsoft Teams is an exception. Even with the A1 plan, you are typically allowed to use:

• The web version of Teams, and
• The desktop application, which you can download and install, to join meetings, chat, and manage classroom assignments.
