Cannot make an outbound Teams call using Android Auto. The call disconnects immediately. It works in one car, but not the other car.

I use MS Teams on a daily basis and can usually make outbound Team calls using my Laptop.
But when I use 1 of my 2 cars, I cannot make an outbound teams call. The call disconnects immediately. Its becoming a disruptive tool rather than a useful tool, especially on a busy day/week. I need to disconnect from my Android Auto and listen via the phone's speaker rather than the Cars audio system.
I have 2 cars. 1 it works fine. The car that its failing on is a Peugeot 3008 2024 model. I've called the dealer and they do not have a recall or issue. The phone is a Google Pixel 9. I've removed and re-installed software.
I'm at a loss right now to what the issue could be.

    Dear @Comtrendz,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

Since the issue occurs only with this specific car while everything works correctly with your other vehicle, the problem is likely related to the connection or configuration between your phone and the car’s system.
