Thanks for sharing this! Try to reset Outlook’s MUI language cache

Classic Outlook stores UI language separately and it can get “stuck” in Spanish.

Steps

Close Outlook completely

Press Win + R

Paste:

outlook.exe /resetfolders

Press Enter

Let Outlook open fully

This rebuilds UI resources and often immediately switches headings back to English.
