Account doesn't exist
Hello,
It seems that my account has been deleted, every time I try to use my company email it shows that the account does not exist.
Is not a billing issue, maybe something related to tenant, however nothing has been changed for the last 5 years or so, yesterday morning it was fine, and the by the afternoon it was gone.
I searched the internet for answers, and it seems that the issue has happened to other users, however there is not straightforward solution, not publicly at least.
I pay annually; last payment was October 11, 2025.

I understand your frustration, with this, the only way forward is to contact Microsoft 365 support directly https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide They’ll ask you to verify your domain ownership and can help reset the MFA requirement so you can get back into your account.
Or, you can create a temporary trial Microsoft 365 Business account and use it to reach Microsoft Support directly through the admin center, that often helps you connect with the right support team faster:
- Create a trial account here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-standard-one-month-trial
- Using the trial account, Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center https://admin.microsoft.com
