Hello,
I recently got a new phone and I had to turn off MFA for my emails. I then re-added the authenticator app and was able to get logged in. However, now I am not receiving codes and am unable to access multiple websites I use for my job. How can I fix this?

It seems like you are experiencing issues with receiving codes from your authenticator app after re-adding it on your new phone. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check App Configuration: Ensure that the authenticator app is correctly configured for each account. If you have multiple accounts set up in the app, make sure you are selecting the correct one for the website you are trying to access.
    2. Push Notifications: If you are using the Auth0 Guardian app, remember that it does not provide a code like Google Authenticator. Instead, it sends a push notification that you need to open and allow to complete the MFA authentication process.
    3. MFA App Availability: Make sure that the MFA app is permanently installed on your device. If you deleted it at any point, you may need to reset MFA for the affected accounts by contacting product support.
    4. Account Settings: Verify that your phone number and other security settings are correct in your user account settings. If you have set up other options for security verification, try selecting a different option.
    5. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to product support for further assistance, especially if you are unable to access critical accounts for your job.

Following these steps should help you regain access to your accounts using MFA.
