Perform a clean boot
- Press Windows + R > type msconfig > and press Enter.
- Under System Configuration Services >
- Check Hide all Microsoft services > Turn off all.
- Go to Start > open Task Manager > disable all boot items.
- Close Task Manager > click OK in System Settings.
- Restart your computer.
Perform an on-site repair
- Download the latest Windows 10/11 ISO from Download Windows 11.
- Double-click the ISO file to mount it, and then run setup.exe.
- When prompted, select Download and install updates (recommended).
- Choose Save personal files and apps when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair installation.
- Your PC will restart several times during the process.
As for the graphics driver, could you confirm if you updated it through Windows Update or directly from the NVIDIA website? This information will help us provide more accurate guidance.
