Hello a d,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Regarding your questions, the Xbox browser is unable to access local Xbox files and folder. Therefore, it is not possible for to upload a photo directly from Xbox to your browser.
There are a few workarounds for it though, one of them is the OneDrive like that the AI assistant has suggested. Another way, if the photo you want to upload is the Xbox screen capture, the Xbox screen & share feature should be synced to your account and reflected on both the Xbox app on PC and xbox.com, so you can access it to get your photo to upload. I hope this clarifies.

Currently, Microsoft Edge on Xbox does not support accessing local files directly. This limitation is due to the security and privacy model of the Xbox operating system, which restricts apps from accessing local storage in the same way that a PC might. Therefore, you won't be able to add a photo from your local files to the browser page on Microsoft Edge for Xbox Series X.
If you need to use images or files, consider using cloud storage solutions (like OneDrive) where you can upload your files and then access them through the browser. However, direct local file access is not available on the Xbox version of Microsoft Edge.
