I've lost my ENTIRE LIFE HISTORY of photos using OneDrive !!!

I tried restore but got a long list of unrestored files. Call Microsoft Support requesting product OneDrive and only get the option to get an online link for help with no option to speak to a person.I regret migrating from Backblaze to OneDrive and would give anything to get these photos back. This seems to be a complete loss. And would give anything for someone to get the files back to my cloud.

Use file recovery software or seek professional file recovery services as a last resort.

Don't use your drive if you decide to go that route.

I understand that losing important files, especially photos, can be incredibly distressing. Here are some steps you can take to try to recover your lost files from OneDrive:

    1. Files Restore Feature: OneDrive has a Files Restore feature that allows users to restore files to any point over the past 30 days. You can access this feature to see if you can restore your files to a previous state. This feature presents a histogram of file activity, which can help you determine the best point to restore from.
    2. Recycle Bin: Check the OneDrive Recycle Bin. Deleted files are moved there and are kept for a designated time before being permanently deleted. For work or school accounts, deleted files are purged after 93 days unless configured otherwise.
    3. Microsoft 365 Backup: If you are using Microsoft 365, you may have backup options available. You can restore data from backup for OneDrive, which allows you to select specific files or folders to restore from a backup point.
    4. Contacting Support: If you are unable to recover your files using the above methods, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support again. While it may be frustrating to only receive online help options, you can try to request a callback or ask for further assistance through their support channels.

If you have already tried these methods and they were unsuccessful, it may be challenging to recover the files without further assistance from Microsoft.
