I'm not being able to log in in my account. Microsoft is not being able to send e-mail to my yahoo provider, therefore I can't recover my account. How to overcome this issue? the phone is not working as well due to the robot they installed. Very frustrating.

    Hi,

I get how annoying it is when you can't get into your Microsoft account and the usual fixes aren't doing the trick. If Yahoo isn't getting your emails or your phone isn't verifying, it's probably because Microsoft messages are stuck, slow to arrive, or something's off with your recovery info.

    Here's what you can do

First, peek in your Yahoo spam or junk folder and be sure Microsoft addresses (like account.microsoft.com and microsoft.com) aren't blocked. Mark them as safe senders. If emails still don't show up, go to account.live.com and click “I don’t have any of these” when it asks about recovery. This kicks off a form where they ask about old passwords, recent emails, and stuff like Xbox or subscription details to make sure it's really you. It's the best bet when emails and texts fail.

Also, if you have another device logged in that you trust, you can OK the sign-in from there. Plus, if you’re using the Microsoft Authenticator app, try that, since it can skip the whole email and text thing.

    I hope this helps.

     Best Regards,

    Noel

If you are unable to log into your Microsoft account and are not receiving recovery emails from Yahoo, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Ensure that the recovery email is not being filtered into your spam or junk folder.
    2. Use a Different Recovery Method: If you have set up security information like a phone number or an alternate email, try using those methods to recover your account.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If you're still unable to recover your account, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance. They can guide you through the recovery process.
    4. Reset Your Password: If you have access to your account settings, you can attempt to reset your password using the security information you provided when setting up your account.

If your phone is not working, make sure to mention this when you contact support, as they may have alternative methods to verify your identity.
