Epic Games say to contact you all over at Microsoft about error code 2738, i try everything about that VBScript. I have the YouTube videos and nothing is working.

    CBS.log is still missing, which you can verify it yourself. I'm not sure why you weren't able to copy CBS.log to the desktop and share it on OneDrive.

    Without that file, it's impossible to troubleshoot the CBS issues.

    At this point, I'd suggest a repair installation.

    Launch Settings > System > Recovery. Under "Fix problems using Windows Update", select Reinstall now.

    This does a repair installation, keeping your files, apps, and settings.


    Once done, you can run the following command to install VBScript:

    DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:VBSCRIPT~~~~
