Per the latest update, the Copilot Memory feature began a staged rollout in July 2025. Although Memory is now generally available within Copilot, Microsoft is still deploying it across eligible accounts and regions. Consequently, even with a Copilot Pro subscription and the correct settings, your account or region may not yet be eligible for the feature.
In the meantime, please try:
- Check Copilot settings: Open Copilot settings and look for a Memory section. If it does not appear, your account may still be in the rollout queue.
- Use a different platform or browser: The Memory feature may be available in the Windows app or the mobile app, even if it is not visible in your current environment.
Timeline There is no exact global or per‑user eligibility date. The rollout is underway, and the feature should become available on your account soon.
