Is there any way to customize the booking page so available appointments vary weekly? I am trying to set up booking page, and I see how one can configure for irregular hours, but it repeats weekly. I have a schedule with days and hours that vary each week. and need to be able to schedule 2-3 months at a time.

Hi @Erica Salarda

I hope everything is going well on your end.

I’m following up on the support thread we’ve been working through together to clarify how you can configure availability when your bookable hours vary from week to week.

While Microsoft Bookings does not currently support automatically publishing a different schedule for each week, you can achieve this by defining availability per date range and repeating the configuration for each upcoming period (for example, week by week) until your 2–3-month schedule is complete.

To do this, please follow the steps below for each date range:

  1. Open the service settings for the service you want to update.
  2. Select Availability options
  3. Choose Set availability for a different date range
  4. Under General availability, select Custom hours (recurring weekly)

  1. Enter the specific date range you want to configure.
  2. Define the bookable time ranges for each day of the week for that period.
  3. Save your changes.

You can then repeat these steps for the next date range until all required weeks (for the next 2–3 months) are configured. This allows you to publish different bookable times for each week, even though the setup is done manually.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.
