To contact Microsoft support in the Philippines, you can start by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps to access chat support:
- Go to the admin center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft.
- If you receive a message indicating that you don't have permission to access the page, it means you are not an admin.
- On the bottom right side of the page, select Help & support.
- Type your question or keyword into the text box. If a drop-down list appears, select the closest option or continue typing your question and press Enter.
- If the results do not help, select Contact Support at the bottom.
- Enter a description of your issue, confirm your contact information, select your preferred contact method, and then select Contact me.
Additionally, for phone support, you can find the most current support phone number for your region by checking the global phone numbers list provided by Microsoft.
