If Microsoft is not accepting any of your cards while trying to purchase Microsoft 365, here are some potential solutions to consider:

    1. Check Card Acceptance: Ensure that the card you are using is accepted in your country/region. Some cards may not be supported for international transactions, so it's a good idea to contact your bank or card issuer to verify this.
    2. Card Type: Make sure you are not using a virtual or prepaid card, as these are generally not accepted for purchases in Microsoft Marketplace.
    3. Accurate Information: Double-check that the credit card information you entered (name, address, CVV code) matches exactly what is printed on the card. Any discrepancies can lead to a declined transaction.
    4. Card Status: Contact your bank to confirm that your card is active and not blocked. Sometimes cards can be inactive due to various reasons.
    5. Update Card Information: If your card information is outdated, you can update it on the Payment page of your Microsoft account.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

    Dear @Rey Matthew Tan,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum. I am happy to assist you.

If you pay with a credit or debit card and the payment is declined, Microsoft will send you an email stating that the transaction could not be processed. Please ensure that all card details: number, expiration date, cardholder name, and full billing address (city, state, and ZIP code), etc. match exactly as shown on your card and statement. You can update the information and try submitting the payment again.

In the meantime, regarding your coursework, you may create a copy of your file and open it using Microsoft Office for the web. You can then save a version locally or to your personal cloud storage if you need a backup.

If this matter is urgent, I kindly recommend raising a support request with the Billing team. They have the appropriate tools and permissions to access your account or tenant, allowing them to investigate the issue more thoroughly and provide more accurate guidance.
